What is the venue's capacity?

The venue comfortably accommodates 170 guests. In keeping with the theme of modern glass windows and full transparency, we prefer to keep weddings intimate at 75 people including the wedding party.

Are tables, linens and chairs included?

We do not provide these items but we work with some amazing locals who do! 

Do you require a day of planner/coordinator?

Yes. We require this to ensure you can enjoy your special day and allow us to take care of the rest. We are happy to refer you to one of our tried-and-true planners.

Do you require a damage deposit?

Yes. We require a security/damage deposit of $1,000 that will be refunded to you within 15 days of your event.

Do you have a commercial kitchen/prep area?

We do not. We can accommodate prep-tents for kitchen prep or your catering may bring in prepped food.

What is your food and alcohol policy?

We work with all commercial restaurants, food trucks and local bakeries. Beer and wine may be self-served. To comply with state laws, a licensed bartender with a liquor license is required for liquor.

How long do we have the venue?

Depends on you! We offer single day event rentals for 8 hours including prep-time. Wedding packages start at 6 hour rentals for elopements with options to extend to full weekend buyouts for larger events.

Do you offer any military and 1st responder benefits?

Absolutely! We offer discounts and flexible cancellation/refund policies for our service men and women. Ask us for more information.
